Laboratory Technicians
We are currently seeking two Laboratory Technicians to be based on our site in Mostyn, N Wales. The candidates should possess a Degree in Chemistry with experience in organic and or polymer chemistry and will report directly to a Senior Scientist. The successful candidates will enjoy a competitive compensation package including stock options and 25 days vacation.
Synthetic Research Scientist
The work will involve carrying out synthesis and characterization of novel polymers and formulations for a variety of application areas and may include working closely with external customers. Good team working and problem solving skills are essential for this role. This position will report directly to a Senior Scientist or Project Leader. The candidates should possess an HND/C or Degree in Chemistry with experience in organic and/or polymer chemistry, preferably gained in industry. The successful candidates will enjoy a competitive compensation package including stock options, flexi time and 25 days vacation.
Business Development Managers

To continue the growth of the company, Revolymer is expanding its Global Business Team with Business Development Managers, experienced in the household, personal care and paint & coatings markets.
He/She will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, screening these against the company strategy and driving these through a stage gate development process towards commercial products. He/She will take ownership of the pipeline in their area, build the business case and have ultimately the P&L responsibility.
The BDM is a strong team player with fluent communication skills. Experience in business development with a proven track record is essential. The candidate will have a minimum of BSc in chemistry and ideally experience in polymer/organic chemistry. Travel in Europe is an integral part of this position and having linguistic skills is a plus.
Scientists
Revolymer has vacancies for scientists to work at the Company's facility in North Wales. We are looking for experienced synthetic polymer chemists, drug formulation experts and scientists with expertise in personal care products. A BSc in chemistry is required and relevant experience is strongly desirable. A competitive compensation package including stock options and relocation assistance where appropriate will be offered.
